前 言


本资料介绍 HGP 该梯子集成了变频控制和逻辑控制 EV-ECD01(MCUB)
控制板、SCL 串行通信系统和 RD-DMS01 变频门系统作为电气的关键组成部分,基本上使用
用了 GVF-Ⅱ型电梯的机械系统。
编写材料的目的:跟随 HGP 电梯的成功开发需要在工程中提供安装、调试、维护和
维护各项工作的技术说明。本资料以此为基础 HGP 电梯的技术特点列出了工程环节电梯的技术特点
需要使用的信息。
HGP 电梯电气系统最大的特点是将 GVF-II 电梯中的 FMTTD3100(逻辑控制)
控制),SCL-A三个模块功能(串行通信)集成在一个板上(MCUB 板)上,现场操作方法上有
请参考更多不同的内容。 HGP 电梯《MCUB 板使用说明书》、艾默生变频器专用操作面
板使用说明书和手持编程器(GHP)《GHP 使用说明》;同步电机主要用于机械方面。
了 2:1 吊装方式、轿顶反绳轮、对重反绳轮、机房主机安装不同,这部分操作可以
参照 NPM 进行。
由于 HGP 电梯在电气控制原理上 GVF-Ⅱ、GVF-Ⅲ电梯有很多相似之处,基本上是这样做的
用 NPM 电梯的机械系统,所以这些数据不再描述相似之处,只解释“和” XX 电梯
保持一致”。
本资料的基本内容:
(1) HGP 电梯的组成和技术特点。
(2) 安装部分。电气电路图使用说明书;控制柜、轿顶电气箱等重要电气部件的名称
称、功能介绍;工程大、细线、地线安装等。
(3) 调试部分。运行前检查电梯安装情况,控制柜绝缘试验,低速试验
运行、变频门机调试运行、层高测定运行、高速运行调试、平层精度调整等。
