NPH电梯调试手册
本资料介绍了新开发的梯种 NPH,梯子以变频器为基础 VG7S、微机 FMT、SCL串行通信系统 RD-DMS01 作为电气的关键组成部分,变频门系统被使用 NPX 电梯机械系统。
编写材料的目的:跟随 NPH 电梯的成功开发需要在工程中提供安装、调试、维护和维护技术说明。这些数据是基础 NPH 电梯的技术特点,列出电梯在工程环节中需要使用的信息,并为工程总部编写 NPH 提供电梯工程技术资料的依据。由于 NPH 电梯在电气控制原理上 GH98 电梯有很多相似之处,可以使用 NPX 电梯的机械系统,所以这些数据不再是相同点
叙述只作了解释“和” XX 电梯保持一致。
本资料的基本内容:
(1)NPH 电梯的组成和技术特点。
(2)安装部分。电气电路图使用说明书;控制柜、轿顶电气箱等重要电气部件的名称和功能介绍;工程细线和地线的安装。
(3)调试部分。运行前应检查的电梯安装、控制柜绝缘试验、低速试验运行、变频门机调试运行、层高测量运行、高速运行调试、平面精度调整等。
本调试手册的编制主要参考研发中心的编制《NPH 电梯安装调试资料。
由于编辑水平有限,请现场操作人员提出更有价值的意见,可填写《NPH电梯调试手册改进意见表》附页,并提交项目总部技术部进行修改。
